Artist's Comments
This character's name is spelled in a number of ways. I chose Bengali. This character had the most dramatic redesign in both look and personality. Bengal always came across to me as a Tygra rip-off. I wanted him to have his own look and personality. So he gets a unique hair do, his costume is streamlined and his archaic looking hammer/axe thing is made sleek and deadly looking. Also, I made Bengali a Prince. Yeah you read that right. Royalty man! However, Liono is still the King of Kings, and little ol' Benny's gonna have to answer to him someday. Bengali is also the leader of the secondary/guest starring team of Thundercats. They will be either benign rivals or needed allies in the course of the story.
